CAR HIRE CONDITIONS
Cars may be delivered to your hotel at no extra charge. Delivery times will be as close as possible to request, subject to availability of staff.
Hotel deliveries, the collection details will be arranged at the time that car is delivered to you.
Airport deliveries between 21:00 and 7:00 are surcharged 25 for the rental (pick-up and return). Hotel deliveries are between 9:00 and 19:00.
At Faro airport, your car is to left at the car park and the keys left at the desk. Please allow sufficient time. You are responsible for the car until the key has been handed in.

VAT and all taxes.
EXTRAS
Baby Seats or Booster Seats: 15 / rental.
One way rentals: Possible and free of charge, except if the rental is 1 or 2 days length, in that case there is a charge of 25.
Additional driver: 10 / rental / driver.
Young Drivers (21-25 years old): all drivers between 21 and 25 years old must pay an additional tax of 25. Is not permitted hire cars to drivers under 21.
Driving to Spain requires a green card and bail bond issued by our insurers. The cost is 30 valid for the length of your hire, please request in advance.
EXCESS & SCDW
The insurance policy has an excess clause.
Groups A, B C1, D, J1 = 650
Groups E, F, J2 = 900
Groups L1, H1, I3= 1200
You may waiver the excess clause on optional payment of an additional premium or secure it by deposit of card details.
This situation can only be eliminated with the payment of an SCDW insurance:
Groups A, B C1, D, J1 = 7
Groups E, F, J2 = 9
Groups L1, H1, I3= 10
Waiver does not include tires, glass or locks or damage caused by speeding. Under Portuguese law insurance is void when driving under the influence.
ACCIDENTS & CLAIMS
If you have an accident, theft or any other situation which will result in an insurance claim it is your responsibility to get a police report number. You need to call the police, who will issue you a report number which must be delivered to the rent a car company. Without this, the insurance will not pay. This is a simple procedure but if you have any problems you are welcome to call the company who will happily assist. If there is loss to the car and you do not obtain a police report you will remain liable for the damage. The car documents include full contact numbers for the company.
BOOKING DETAILS:
Bookings must be done at least 24 hours in advance of delivery.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the start of your service.
All cancellations with less than 48 hours notification will not be refunded.
Booking Voucher date and number required on cancellation.
